After teaching for 15+ years, I’ve made a career change! I was looking for something that means I can be around for my two little boys as much as possible but also something that enables me to use my teaching skills and experience. I live in Northampton and have taken both of my boys to local messy play classes but now I can’t wait to plan some interactive, sensory fun for your little ones which will nurture and encourage their early writing skills.
I’m very pleased to shared that class booking for September 2024 is live. We’ll be at Norton Village Hall, Daventry on Wednesday mornings from 10:30-11:15am and then we’ll be at Pytchley Village Hall, Kettering on Fridays from 11am until 11:45am. It will be a short 5 week term as my eldest son starts school in September so classes will start when he is at school full time.
Termly bookings are £40 for 5 weeks making each class £8. Or, alternatively you can book casual classes for £9 each. Every class focuses on meeting a different ‘Mark Maker’ character through movement, dance, song and of course… messy play!
We have some seriously spooky special events lined up for the half term break. These special events are suitable for children from 5 months up to 6 years – my son Matthew will be tagging along to join in the fun! It would be great to meet some new families at our new venue St Alban’s the Martyr Church on Broadmead Avenue. We’ll have some witches potions, sticky pumpkin goo and much more!
See you soon for some messy, creative mark making at Little Learners West Northamptonshire and Kettering!
