We’re so very proud to have won the Diversity & Inclusion Award at the What’s On 4 Kids Awards 2024! Inclusivity is at the heart of everything we do at Little Learners and our provision factors in all types of learning. We meet children where they are, rather than where we think they should be. We live by our motto – ‘Helping EVERY child make their mark!’
Each child is unique in how they learn and it is our jobs as children’s activity providers to ensure we are creating learning opportunities that are accessible and enjoyable to all.

A word from Rachel Fay, Little Learners Franchisor…
‘This award is everything to me! I’m so proud of what we’ve achieved, ensuring EVERY child has the opportunity to make their mark! I’m different; I have a neurodivergent brain, and for most of my life, I’ve been my own worst critic, constantly feeling like I’m not enough or that I don’t “fit in,” even when it may not show on the outside. But last night, the kids’ industry made me feel truly seen, valued, and recognised. It highlighted the power of diversity and inclusion—not just in our children’s activities, but in how we uplift and support one another.’

Little Learners Franchisees were also FINALISTS in two awards!
A huge congratulations to Cherrie at Little Learners Playspace Ashington (Best Indoor Playcentre) and Nat from Little Learners South Liverpool & Knowsley (Most Loved Academic/Creative Franchisee) for making it to the finals – you’re winners to us for sure! Cherrie and Nat have also played HUGE parts in securing our Diversity & Inclusion Champion Awards. Natalie delivers some of the greatest sensory sessions for her Little Learners, making sure that her activities reach children who may not always get to take part. Cherrie also delivers sessions alongside a local SEND charity in Northumberland, Northern Lights.
