On Thursday 31st May, Holly our franchisee in Southport posted the toothbrush hack to her Little Learners Facebook page:
Tell me I am NOT the only one who didn’t know that the coloured bristles on children’s toothbrushes are “toothpaste indicators” that tell you where to put it and how much toothpaste to use!?
😍
😱

Thanks Wisdom Toothbrushes!

The post struck a chord with parents and grandparents, with hundreds admitting they had never realised there was a reason for the pattern. One mother wrote: ‘Learn something new all the time ha’. Another posted: ‘I have four kids and never knew this!’ And others admitted they had been piling on the paste, with one writing: ‘No way! I’ve been overloading toothpaste for years.’
Well one week later this toothbrush hack post has literally gone crazy 😝!
It’s spread EVERYWHERE! Reaching 1 MILLION people and shared 5K times on Facebook!
It began with a piece in the Manchester Evening News, however it’s been picked up by Netmums, The Sun, The Mirror, Daily Mail, Huff Post to name just a few – it’s even spread over the pond to Disney’s Babble and Popsugar in America!!!
And the number of outlets covering it continues to grow!
Holly x
